Human Performance in Industry (HPI) is an industrial rehabilitation clinic that was developed in 1993 to better serve the needs of injured workers, physicians, businesses, vocational counselors and case managers in the Snohomish, Skagit, King, and Island County area. HPI was designed to bridge the gap between injured workers and return to work.

with our services
Our clinic facility houses nearly 6000 square feet of space that includes specific and dedicated work simulation stations for Aircraft, Nursing, Grocery, Transportation, Construction, Warehouse, mechanical and many other trades. Our space allows for “real world” work stations and simulation and implements job specific task components, forces and functional demands.
Our primary goal is to assist injured workers in restoration of function through exercise, functional activities (work simulation) and education.
Increase your functional abilities with HPI today
Our philosophy at HPI is to view our clients as “workers” vs. “patients”, which allows clients to move from a traditional “medical model” to a return to work and functional restoration mind set. We have found this philosophy assists in shifting the clients’ perception from a loss of control over their condition, to regaining control of their recovery.
