The purpose of a job modification consultation is to provide information regarding the possibility of reasonable accommodations which would allow an injured worker to either continue in the work force or re-enter the work force. This consultation, often provided at the work site Sedentary work stations may be evaluated at our facility in cases when the work site is not available (i.e. retraining). Job tasks are evaluated and information is provided on adaptive equipment and/or ergonomic changes which would assist the injured worker in successfully continuing to work or returning to work.
